Good reasons to write
A correction. If a description is wrong or out of date, tell us which entry and what's changed. A link to the hotel's own site helps.
A suggestion. If you know a hotel that fits one of the four categories, send its name and location. We can't promise to add it.
A question about the site, how entries are chosen, or how we handle data.
What we can't help with
We aren't a booking service. We can't reserve rooms, check availability, quote prices, change or cancel stays, or pass messages to hotels. For any of that, contact the property directly.
We also don't accept payment for listings or for changes to a description.
Replies
We aim to answer within a few working days. Corrections are usually handled faster than suggestions.
